International Student Scholarships for Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD- HSP Huygens Programme [Netherland]

The prestigious HSP Huygens Programme is open to excellent students from all countries. It is aimed at talented students who want to come to the Netherlands in the final phase of their bachelor’s studies or during their master’s studies. Application Deadline: 1 February 2010. PhD applications can only be accepted from excellent students with the Chinese, Croatian or Turkish nationality. Furthermore, the minister has allocated part of the total budget for excellent students following programmes in Dutch language and literature, or Neerlandistiek. Excellence The Dutch Minister of Education, Culture and Science has allocated seven million euros for excellent students coming to the Netherlands under the HSP Huygens Programme. There is no fixed number of available scholarships. The actual number is determined by the total cost of the variable components of the scholarships. New application round The HSP Huygens application round for the 2010-2011 academic year will start on 1 November

2010 ASSE Foundation Scholarship Award Program – Graduate Awards Graduate awards are for full-time students (enrolled in 9 hours or more per semester) pursuing a graduate degree in occupational safety & health or a closely related field. US citizenship is not required unless specified. Special restrictions are listed under each award. James P. Kohn Memorial Scholarship One award @ $1,000 Thompson Scholarship for Women in Safety One award @ $1,000 Priority will be given to female students. ASSE student membership not required. Music Scholarships in London for Overseas Students 2010 [UK]

The University for business and the professions City is offering the following opportunity: Overseas Scholarships in Music The Department of Music in the School of Arts can offer 4 Overseas Scholarships in Music to full-time overseas fee-paying doctoral students. The scholarship comprises a £4,000 contribution to overseas tuition fees, renewable for a further two years dependent on progress. Overseas students who wish to study for an MMA-DMA degree (jointly with the Guildhall School of Music and Drama) are eligible for an award of £2,000.
