Projects will include the use of state-of-the-art approaches to generate novel antibody-based therapeutics for autoimmunity and cancer. The work will involve the engineering of antibody-Fc receptor interactions and the use of new transgenic mouse models. These studies are of considerable relevance to the rapidly expanding use of antibodies as diagnostics and therapeutics in the biopharma industry.
