Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position to work with Dr Carmen Domene at the Physical and Theoretical Chemistry Laboratory, Oxford University, on the application of computational techniques to the study of membrane proteins. The post is funded by The Leverhulme Trust and is available for a year period initially, with the possibility of renewal for one further year.
The successful candidate must have a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry or Computational Biophysics and strong background and experience in classical statistical mechanics and computer simulation. In addition, knowledge of membrane protein biophysics would be desirable.
