The School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University announces the following opportunities for PhD/MPhil studentships and post doctoral fellows.
SHTM PhD and MPhil Scholarships
The School of Hotel and Tourism Management has a number of research post graduate studentships available for PhD and MPhil studies starting in the 2008/2009 academic year. This programme is open to all qualified students world-wide. Full-time students receive financial support in the form of a research studentship (equivalent of about US$20,000 per annum) plus associated monies to assist with their studies. Places are allocated on a competitive basis.

SHTM Post-doctoral Fellowship scheme
The School has also earmarked funds for Post-doctoral Fellowships for recent PhD graduates. The programme provides opportunities for outstanding scholars to begin their academic careers by working with leading scholars within the School on a variety of research projects.
