Specified Use
The Brooks World Poverty Institute ( BWPI ) in collaboration with the Institute for Development Policy & Management ( IDPM ) is offering the bursary for full time study on the new MSc in Poverty & Development. This new programme forms part of the established International Development pathway programme within IDPM.
Tenable period
The bursary is for the 2008-09 Academic year.

Academic requirements
* Second Class Honours, Upper Division or above, or overseaas equivalent. Please contact the School’s Recruitment & Admissions office for equivalency information.
* Applicants whose first langauge is a language other than English must have 7.0 IELTS or equivalent from another recognised English Language test e.g. (TOEFL)
This funding is available to all nationalities.
Application procedure
All applicants who recieve an offer are automatically considered for the bursary.
Closing date: 30 Jun 2008
Applications received after the 30th June 2008 will not be considered for the bursary
