Example research topics include automatically matching patients to clinical trials research using Electronic Health Records and understanding interdisciplinary health science collaboration patterns using social network analyses. Ideal candidates should have strong computing and statistical background. Experience with pattern recognition, information visualization, semantic analysis, social network analysis, or machine learning will be a plus.
